Crowd Surfing published in the US

I’m very happy to report that Crowd Surfing is now available in the US. It’s been about a year since we published and even my naked plugging of it has slowed, but now I’ll be back on the case. It’s about to be re-printed here in the UK also and has apparently been published in Korea too (though I have yet to see a copy).
