I first went to Vietnam in 1993 when I worked for Visa International just prior to the lifting of the US trade embargo. I was struck then by a country that seemed to have so much energy even by hyper active Asian standards. Due to client commitments I couldn’t be there this week to ‘cut the ribbon’ with Richard, Bob and Ngoc Anh, but I have been backwards and forwards quite a bit over the last few months helping to get this deal done.
AVC is a fantastic business with a terrific staff and I really look forward to working wit them in the future.
